  • Do you have car parking?
    We provide a private off-road car park with six marked bays. These are the only marked bays in the area, and you can easily spot them on Google Maps.
  • What amenities do you provide?
    We offer complimentary tea and coffee, a toilet, and a microwave for your convenience.
  • Is there WiFi available?
    Yes, we offer free WiFi throughout the building to keep you connected. The WiFi username and password are displayed on the wall in reception.
  • How do I access the building for my session?
    You’ll receive a unique door code for your session. Remember to enter a star (*) before the 6 digit access code.
  • Is there any allowance for loading and unloading equipment?
    Our door codes come with a 15-minute grace period for loading and unloading before and after your booked session. Please make sure to take all your belongings with you within this time frame or you’ll be locked out and will need to arrange a collection time with the studio.
  • What if I leave something behind?
    If you leave any belongings behind and the grace period has expired, you will need to contact us to arrange a collection time.
  • Do you provide snares and cymbals?
    Yes, all the studios come with a complimentary snare and cymbal pack containing a crash, ride and set of hi-hats. If used, please tidy away at the end of your rehearsal.
  • Do you provide music or keyboard stands?
    Yes, both the Red Studio and Blue Studio have a music stand and a keyboard stand. If used, please tidy away at the end of your rehearsal.
  • I booked the wrong slot by mistake, can you help?
    Yes, send us an email within 30 minutes of your booking and we will amend or cancel your booking as requested.
  • Are there any rules I should follow?
    Respect the space and other users by keeping noise levels reasonable outside of your studio room, cleaning up after yourself, and returning all equipment to its original place.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Do you offer work experience?
    The studio is operated by a variety of producers who have their specific projects. We are therefore unable to offer any kind of work experience placements.
